Packing up to head home tomorrow, and my hand is acting up for no reason. Dammit.
Oh, found out another reason to avoid Paypal... this was posted in a forum I frequent:
There's this thing called a Chargeback on Paypal. I sold a really rare hardcover graphic novel to some clown for $150+ and sent it signature confirmation. He received it, signed for it but then claimed he never got it and had paypal revoke the payment. 18 emails to paypal along with scanned copies of the confirmation forms and other paperwork and no dice. He screwed me over big time.
Do I know if this is true or not? No. I hope it's not. If it's true, I wouldn't have stood for that. I'd be on the phone right now with documentation of all the crap I'd been through on the verge of threatening someone.
But again, this kind of thing is why I'd much rather pay by check or money order. (Which is why I was so happy when I found I could do that for LiveJournal...)
Okay, 'tis 9, and if I don't get my stuff together soon, I'll be a lunatic tomorrow.. :)
