Yeah, read that this morning and immediately thought of a certain Now and Again campaign. Perhaps a rain of plastic eggs or Cadburys WOULD have worked, then? Or has this simply happened to CBS enough times that they've finally started learning the lesson of "Don't cancel a popular show, fool!"


Not that I watch TV, mind you, but I've seen the rants and the boggled network analysts/forecasters write-ups of the cancellation, and I gotta agree - why pull a front-runner without some seriously compelling reason (such as the stars and/or entire writing staff have been abducted by aliens, or something)? ;)
