Yes, today's a ranting day.
You know, I know the real estate market in my area is nuts. I get that. And I get that you can't wait too long to make a decision on something.
But come ON - I am not going to be rushed down to a place I haven't heard of until 5 minutes ago before 3:30 this afternoon without anyone to take as a second opinion and make a decision RIGHT THAT SECOND on whether or not I want to put in a contract for it!
Oh, and to the listing agent who didn't get back to my realtor last week: *bitchslap* Thanks for nothing. (I was supposed to see it today, but guess what's just been put under contract before I could even SEE it!)
...If I'm still renting come summer, it will NOT be for lack of trying.
