So I'm not the only one she drove up the wall, huh?

Couple things.

Part 2 of Murphy's Law commentary is up.

Also, talked to a neighbor and found out what supposedly happened to Bridget.

She had started to get on EVERYONE'S nerves - asking people constantly for rides, borrowing money, and just making such a pest of herself that she was asked to leave.

The nice neighbor who told me this told me that the Friday night that Bridget left, she knocked on the nice neighbor's door numerous times: to borrow a lighter, to complain that the lighter didn't work, to try to pawn off two big things of shrimp on the neighbor (despite her repeated protests that she didn't want them), and then came over asking to borrow two bucks. Whine, whine, whine, whine.

If this is true and her behavior got her kicked out, I have renewed hope in humanity.

(BTW, Mike, if you're reading this, there are now two empty apartments in my building. Hope you got on the waiting list.)

She had to have been some sort of addict. All of the borrowing and pharmacy trip ride requests.. I'm thinking Oxycontin addict.

Yeah, I suspected that a while ago, although I should have picked up on it sooner than I did. Which is why I started documenting all her little requests in case she was an addict, got called on it, and tried to finger me.

I'd have called the cops, but you know... I didn't have any evidence aside from the fact that she was a whiny pain-in-the-ass and an extremely poor liar.

isn't nice when things work out right? i try to think nice thoughts about people, but sometimes....ugh, people don't deserve them. glad you're rid of your pesky neighbor.
