At the risk of being clubbed to death, the ending wasn't much of a cliffhanger, as cliffhangers go. Oh, it was a very *good* ending, and it leaves you *wanting* to read Book 7, but it does not quite instill the hair-pulling, time-machine-building, rumor-stalking, foaming-at-the-mouth mania that it could very easily have done...
