Oh, and another note.

I have discovered that one thing that really helps my shoulder is getting at least seven uninterrupted hours of sleep a night. More, if at all possible. So I'm going to try to do that more often.

So if you see me on IM, keep in mind that I am getting off at 10 pm NO MATTER WHAT. And if I am on IM after 10, feel free to message me and tell me to get off the computer and GO TO BED.

Mandi - I have a blown right shoulder and some time ago came to the same conclusion - SLEEP IS MEDICINE. I'm a hype-weed for sure but honestly, sleep has a purpose.

Some scientific facts are that it helps to build immunity, builds certain brain cells and replenishes others.

Anyway everyone needs brains and immunity to have have healthy bodies so sleep!
