Jun. 23rd, 2003 11:41 amI have discovered that one thing that really helps my shoulder is getting at least seven uninterrupted hours of sleep a night. More, if at all possible. So I'm going to try to do that more often.

Date: 2003-06-23 03:55 pm (UTC)Mandi - I have a blown right shoulder and some time ago came to the same conclusion - SLEEP IS MEDICINE. I'm a hype-weed for sure but honestly, sleep has a purpose.
Some scientific facts are that it helps to build immunity, builds certain brain cells and replenishes others.
Anyway everyone needs brains and immunity to have have healthy bodies so sleep!
