Since I'm the only Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney fan among my LJ friends that I know of and if not, hey, let me know!, I'm going to post a sort of warning:

I'm going to attempt to take part in the Ace Attorney countdown playthrough for the hell of it even though I deny half the events of Game 4. I'll be LJ-cutting my rambling and I also don't expect to make it more than a few days; the only way I could justify doing this was because I'm not allowed to do the playthroughs til after I've finished my class readings. (Given how dry some readings are... yeah.)

So, any posts of mine with this tag can be ignored as you won't understand 90% of what's behind the cuts and there will be rampant spoilers anyway.

I love Phoenix Wright! And the inherent gay. XD Part of the reason my friends got me into it was that my mom raised me on murder mysteries. I keep wanting to show it to her, but I worry I'll never get my DS back. I still don't have all my Nancy Drew books...

And I don't believe Game 4 myself... I call shenanigans.

Hee! I was addicted to "Choose Your Own Adventure" books as a kid, so the games were right up my alley. I know one other person IRL who's played them; everyone else who has DS's I know find it boring. Because they have to *gasp* read.

I had to loan my DS to Mom last semester, but I was more concerned she wouldn't give it back because I had Tetris DS. I don't think she played the PW games. Maybe it was because she had to listen to me play (and curse at) JFA for most of our road trip to the beach this past summer. :)

Yeah, I refuse to believe that happened right after T&T, it's bad storytelling and smacks of "whoopsie we can't possibly have Phoenix actually still practicing if we want to do games with this new guy, so let's just invalidate that ending!" *sigh*
