Well, I actually was wondering when this was going to happen - when House was right, but the patient died anyway. I figured he couldn't save every patient, and I figured that the first patient he lost wouldn't die because of a misdiagnosis by House - he could be right, but it still wouldn't be able to help the patient.

They'll probably wait til May sweeps for him to be wrong.

I admit, early on I thought her "James" was Wilson. (Before we knew that James was her SON, of course...)

Yes, that was an extremely gratuitous plug for The OC, but it worked perfectly.

I was disappointed that House got out of clinic duty, but no - he got to mess with some med students this time. Heh.

After last week's gripe-fest, Foreman's redeemed himself. Even the cynic in me had to feel for him and for Victoria at the end.

Next week: House in Vicodin withdrawal? Run for the hills...

House and Wilson are so much fun. I keep wanting to get more of their history together, becuase it must be something big, else Wilson wouldn't still be friends with him. Either that or Wilson is the world's biggest pushover.
