House, MD: "Cursed"
Mar. 1st, 2005 11:31 pmWhat the heck, might as well. :)
Yeah, that's a real selling point. I'd certainly want to buy a place that was regularly used by a group of 12-year-olds to smoke, drink, and mess with a pseudo-Ouija board.
Fever for nearly a week? By day two I'd have at least gotten the kid to a doctor, lady!
House is just rubbing in the Vicodin dependency, isn't he?
Okay, the father is an asshole RIGHT out of the gate. Raise your hand if you think the illness will wind up being his fault somehow.
Chase and the kid... aww. (And given what the "cool guys" at the age of 12 turned out to be even by high school, he's got a point.)
Okay, this is DEFINITELY set right after "Detox." Darn it, no clinic duty episodes for a while then?
Hope those little bastards got caught, at least. Chase is even pretty when he's falling out of a tree.
ANTHRAX? Somewhere, somehow,
mayatawi is sitting there going, "Oh no you didn't!"
I can suggest a treatment for Jeffrey: Duct tape. Over the mouth. Like NOW.
Foreman, WTF? So what if you can do it, the KID CAN'T BREATHE!!
Love the "competitive" scene. House, American Idol is not in this time slot. No voting, please. :)
"Works for spaghetti." Hee!
I suppose this fulfills the clinic scene quota for the episode. Guess everyone has to do clinic duty - it's just more fun when House does it.
And Wilson didn't mention why Chase Senior was there? Ouch.
"We've been shoving drugs into his system for a disease he doesn't have!" ...Uh, Chase, where have you been? That happens every week.
No, it's not a family moment, but it got a reaction.
Wilson, you are such a slut. (Yeah, he has a new "thingy" every week, I see.)
Dude! It is the father's fault! You lying bastard!
*sulk* I wish Chase's dad would have told him. Although that conversation at the end... maybe it was the delivery, but it almost seemed like Chase knew that "next autumn" would be too late.
If I wasn't a Chase fangirl before, I am now.
Boo, repeat of "Occam's Razor" next week. The upside: I don't have that one on tape. The downside: I've seen that one twice now. (But this will settle the question over the ending of that episode, too.)
Okay, bed NOW. I have to go to work tomorrow.
