Okay, it's official: Moving Day is July 17th.** Everything but the TV, DVD recorder and the computer will be going. (I have cable til the end of the month, I'm milking that as long as I can.)

Oh, and I'll probably be smacked for getting certain people hooked on another webcomic, but I heartily recommend Inverloch, a serialized graphic novel with gorgeous art and an engaging story. It updates weekly, but you get 4 pages a week, and hasn't been restricted to a Modern Tales site yet.

4 kitchen boxes packed. Forget it, I'm just going over to the house now and unloading so I'll have time to change and shower before D&D.

**Edited because I posted while trying to run out the door and not worry about the Amazing Hiccuping Car and got the month wrong. Sorry! Look at the pretty webcomic rec and ignore my spazzing - the link is correct!

You beat me to it ...

Mandi, dear, you did mean next Friday, right, not last month?

I meant next Sunday. It's been fixed. *headdesk*

Sorry, the sheer amount of time it was taking me to pack the kitchenware plus the car issues (they can't duplicate it, they can only guess, they will not make repairs that I have to pay for that are based strictly on guesswork).

Hey, I sent an email to my whole class saying class started on Monday April something... OOps.

I sent another one reassuring them that time travel was not a prerequisite for the course.

Poor thing. *hugs*

I thought your car problems were history ... sorry to hear they're not. *more hugs*

And yeah, I hear you on the time/packing issue ... we're in the process of clearing out our basement office to renovate it (hasn't been thoroughly cleaned or painted since we moved in 20 years ago *winces*). Imagine a room, 25 square yards or thereabouts, filled with nothing but two large antique-y desks, a huge computer desk and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves (plus two free-standing ones that are stacked from either side). Books and magazines everywhere, even on the floor ... and we have to get at both walls and carpet. *groans* Gimme a nice, empty house to renovate any day!

Ah. Well, if it's Sunday, I can *definitely* make it. I have no plans for next Sunday. (Because I am not allowed to read the new HP book during free time that should be used to catch up on commissions, work on stories, pimp out the kiwis, and help friends move. I am only allowed to read it during lunch, or when the navy does not give me enough to do at work. ^_^)
