2) Look in the "Fan Stuff" section.
3) Read "Try Again" - a comedy that came from one of the voices in Death's head going, "What if we crossed over Bob Kiwi and Co. with anime?"
Obligatory warning: Eating and drinking anything while reading this is a BAD IDEA.
