Next time you absolutely cannot wait half an hour at a property so that a buyer can come see it (since the lockbox is not on it yet and you have to be there) just ADMIT THAT TO THE REALTOR ON THE PHONE. No, whining that we're half an hour away but agreeing to be there and then leaving before the buyer gets there is not the same thing, you self-centered twit. You're wasting the BUYER'S time as well as yours.
