Actually, this is the funny thing: I opened it up to find a bunch of unsolicited spam mail and a pickup slip. There was so much of the spam mail that the mail I was waiting for from irittdsqrl could not fit in the box and I had to pick it up at the desk.
I brought this up with the clerk, and he said because of the "or current resident" loophole they couldn't block the spam from my P.O. Box. Bah. So I went home and called a few 800 numbers and told them that I was NOT happy that their unwanted catalogs had essentially bumped out space for legitimate mail.
Grr. I know why spam is unavoidable for regular mail, but why do they have to trash P.O. boxes, too?
