Okay, so I just got through my first class of the semester. The class is "Online Communities." One of the final project options is to conduct a social study of an existing online community.

I immediately thought of campfuckudie.

And then took a second to really consider what a social study of CFUD would reveal.

I'm not gonna do it, but can you all understand why I started cracking the hell up in the middle of class?

I don't think my prof is ready for that.

I would foray into one of the Twilight online comms myself, but only because I'm evil and like the cheap laughs.

Well, since the final presentation is an online peer review (the whole class gets to see what everybody else did for their project and comment) there'd be a LOT of reactions to go through. Probably a lot of hysterical laughter.
