people tended to assume I knew what was wrong, and how to fix it I agree with you there. It's a constant thing with me right now, as I work in a data center of a hospital and after hours we are the Help Desk. And it's really sad how some nurses don't know jack about computers. Like last night, one nurse said that her monitor wasn't working when in fact it was just turned off. -rolls eyes-
