mandolinWell, we're getting somewhere.
The good news: the crew at the Catonsville O'Donnell Honda figured out the source of the twittering. My right and front struts need to be replaced. Not immediately, which means I have time to investigate the possibility of a non-dealer mechanic who is actually trustworthy and who can give me a better price. (Or, at the very least, it can wait til my next paycheck.)
My front brake pads are down to the sensors, which really shouldn't surprise anyone who rode with me to and from Newport News. So I'm getting them replaced, but since I've got a 12% coupon it won't hurt too much. I went ahead and took her in early, before settlement, for this very reason.
They still can't duplicate or figure out what's causing the hiccup. However, unlike the Ellicott City crew, Eddie and John have a couple likely suspects. Problem is, they can't replace anything until they're sure what the source of the problem is. Oh well. At least it's better than the nothing I got the last couple times she was brought in.
Anyway, it's after 5, I'd better find out what their progress is (or at least call for a ride because I can't get credit hours after 6).
