5. Major Samantha Carter (Stargate SG-1) - Yes, I know she's a Colonel now, but my viewing tapered off in season 8 (and a bit in season 7), so I'm using a timeframe before that.

7. Dawn Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer)
8. Saki Hanajima (Fruits Basket)
9. David Xanatos (Gargoyles)

Okay, I ran out of steam when I came back to some of these questions, but I am really fried.
On the other hand, now the Angel/Bleach creativity demons won't shut up. Unless I ask them to explain what the heck Illyria is doing in Karakura Town in the first place (which is one of their major plot points), then they bitch that I'm asking too much of them. Oh, well, two out of three isn't bad.
