Couple things:
1) This journal is going partially friends-only - basically, if it deals with RL, it's getting friends-locked. I have valid reasons for this, although they're not the usual reasons.
2) Random fanfic recs ahoy:
Of Princesses and Puddles by
kaeru_chan.
Bleach, spoilers for Soul Society arc up through Mayuri vs. Ishida.
Summary: "How to Fight a Captain and Win: water and lemon juice. Never piss off Orihime."
I adore Orihime, and this is just a great, in-character, hilarious comeuppance for one of my least-liked characters. (Mayuri so deserves it.)
The Right Technology, by
ffutures.
BtVS/Wallace & Gromit (I'm serious!), post-Chosen for BtVS, I think before Were-Rabbit for W&G. WIP.
Summary: "When Xander meets a stranger in a small British town, it's the start of a grand adventure..."
I'm just recommending this because so far, it WORKS. Bizarrely enough. And then Marcus had to draw a connection between Wallace and a fourth-season Buffy ep that had me falling out of my chair. Oh, and there's vampire chickens too. And a nod to "Chicken Run." *dies*
Consequences, by

Gargoyles, post-"Hunter's Moon."
Summary: A seven-story series, so I won't list all the summaries here.
This series is finally complete, and it's an excellent series of post-HM3 events that ignores The Goliath Chronicles. (Most fics do, but anyway...) Missy is the one I blame for getting me into the Gargoyles fandom via fanfic, and while I've been on the fringe for years, this reminded me of why I was sucked in to begin with. Set aside a LOT of time and read this one from the beginning.
3) Happy birthday, Chris!
