WTF, Gmail?

Question: Anybody else recently had problems getting Gmail to load with Firefox? i.e. it keeps kicking the request and response back and forth in a nearly endless loop of attempts to load the page?

No issues here, but then I'm in Windows (and using the Gmail Manager extension).

Actually, I was having the problem on my PC laptop, but the iMac was having no such issue. Go figure. :)

Happens every so often for me. Clearing the cache (Tools / Clear Private Data... uncheck all but "Cache") ussually clears it right up.

I'll try that when I get home. Proxy server at work or something doesn't like Gmail in Firefox, but it started happening on my PC laptop and I went "...what?"

If you have Firebug running this can also slow Gmail to a crawl.
