Lesson learned today: the "Save as a Draft" button and the "Send" button are NOT THE SAME. (Sorry, Brian...)
As for progress on NTSH: I have had plenty of time, but I've only been able to draw ONE PANEL. That's it. One. Uno. One measly little panel because Aidan's head kept coming out potato-shaped.
Been watching the Buffy Season 3 DVDs I picked up on sale at Target. While Season 7 has been fairly interesting so far (and this week's ep was surprisingly good), I still miss the good old days of Buffy. (Well, yeah, okay, I miss Oz. Surprised? Not really.)
Snow is coming down in Maryland. One weather report says 1-3 inches, another says 4-6, another says 6-10. I'm going to get my stuff together for work, just in case.

9:30p - New Year's Resolutions (no particular order)
Yes. I know it's almost March. But dammit, these things have to be dealt with even if they're late, and since this is me, when I think of them.
What I Should Try to Accomplish This Year:
1) Stop playing with my bangs. If for no other reason, it makes me look like a certain ditz who made my middle-school years hell.
2) Get my creativity demons to FINISH WHAT THEY STARTED *cough*Sharp Edges*cough*Key and Sword*cough*
3) Get off my ass and apply to grad school in time to fill out a Form 350 and get some tuition reimbursement.
4) Stop playing with my bangs.
5) Discipline myself to do tai chi and stretches enough to completely get rid of my shoulder issues.
6) Unless grad school takes up too much of my time, get involved in theater again. Or take some art classes. (Note to self: too much extra activities equals Mandi going nuts. REMEMBER sophomore year of college?)
7) Stop playing with my bangs.
8) Start eating better. Winter weather and my own laziness have caused me to revert to old habits.
9) Get through the backlog of Web-related stuff I have. (art gallery, essays, parodies, et cetera)
10) Stop letting the pessimists get me down, but don't let the optimists get me complacent.
11) Update my resume.
12) Actually get to bed on time so I will get up on time. (Flex time is a lovely thing, but if I do work in the private sector in the near future I shouldn't get used to it.)
13) Re-prioritize fandoms. I'm too spread out.
14) Stop wasting time on the computer. (Example: Flash Solitaire and Yahtzee are only good if there is NOTHING ELSE TO DO.)
15) Learn to shuffle cards properly.
16) Either get the nerve to drive in downtown Baltimore or find someone who will drive me. (Hey, I've got a blind spot on one side the size of a Mack truck, I have reason to be paranoid.)
17) Turn some half-hearted offers into actual art commissions.
18) Find out why Amazon.com hasn't given me the money for the used CDs I sold yet.
19) Pay more attention to the news.
20) Did I mention I need to stop playing with my bangs?
