Does anyone know where I can find the full lyrics (or heck, an audio clip would be awesome) of Jack Black and Will Ferrell's rendition of the speech cut-off song's lyrics? "No need to thank your parakeet, you're boring / Look at Catherine Zeta-Jones, she's snoring" is all I can remember.

One must always thank one's parakeet.

Often we creative-types tend to teeter along the razor's edge between lucidity and madness, with only our tiny feathered psychos- er, birds -to boot us over into the abyss.

Then again, I might just miss my shoulder demon.

(Neh, if you *can* find a transcript of this parody, Chaos, would you send it to me? Sounds nifty...)

This is what I've been able to gather so far:

"This is it, your time is through. You're boring.
You're rambling on, no end in sight. You're boring.
No need to thank your parakeet. You're boring.
Look at Catherine Zeta-Jones. She's snoring." (She was actually laughing fit to die at that part...)

I'm missing a line or two in the middle there, because they made a mention of Del Taco and I remembered one of the guests at the Gathering commenting that he did the Del Taco radio ads...

I'll post it here when/if I find it. Funny as anything, and it convinced Mom that maybe, just maybe, "School of Rock" might not be unwatchable - I'd pointed out to her earlier that evening that when Jack Black actually makes an attempt to sing, he can. :)
