Repeat the mantra...

Guh. It's amazing I got into work by 7:30.

In this class I'm taking, they say the new thing in programming is 'Extreme Programming' - you do everything in groups - so you can spend hours arguing over every detail, no doubt. Who decided this is a good idea??

Date: 2004-05-28 07:33 pm (UTC)I know you don't know me... I'm a big-time fic junkie and first ran across your work on a random "I wonder if anyone else's heard of this series?" quest my brain gave me... a year or so ago? I can't remember. The series was Tomorrow People (NS), and I loved your work. So I started reading your other stories in other series, and I fell back in love with Power Rangers and Buffy and TP, of course. I didn't know reviewing was a good thing back then; I'd read all my books five times over and was looking for something new. And there was lots of it... All your work is fantastic. I love it. I never said it before, but I do. Better late than never, I suppose...
So anyways, I'd reread "N-Files" a few days ago and wanted to see if you'd posted anything new recently. I saw your rant, and here I am. I just wanted to say thanks. Your fics have been a joy and an inspiration. Really. I'd forgotten Captain N until "N-Files." Now I've got a seven-year-old's fond, hazy memories of it (the hazier the better, apparently, since it looks god-awful now), and an idea for a sprite comic that's all your fault. Thanks a lot. ^.~ Now I just have to keep your versions of Kevin's real-world friends out of the storyline... Rick and Romeo are very convincing when they want to be, and let's not even talk about Kelly...
So, um... yeah... I didn't mean for that to turn out so long... I just wanted to say hi, and thanks, and then it exploded or something. So, thanks again... I hope you'll keep writing, if for no other reason than your talent's too good to waste. Thanks yet again for all the wonderful fics.
Sincerely,
Kuroba Hikaru
