I retract my earlier complaints about drivers during flood conditions in the wake of today's idiocy. What really scares me is that the person killed could not POSSIBLY have been able to avoid it.

I hope they file charges.

I hope they charge the driver of that Mitsubishi... and yank the drivers license too.
